In order to achieve the most ideal anti-aging degree of rubber products, anti-aging agents are usually used in the formulation design. The advantages are:

2. Avoid blooming due to large dosage when using anti-aging agent alone.
3. It can solve multi-factor aging protection.
Precautions for use with anti-aging agents
1. Consider matching with the vulcanization system.
2. The best antioxidant for NR, BR, IR, SBR; TMDQ/IPPT or MIAPD/microcrystalline wax -1.5;1.5;0.5 is completely resistant, but easy to pollute and discolor.
DTBMP or sp/MBEPT/microcrystalline wax -1.0;1, 0;0.5 does not change color, but has low ozone resistance.
DTBMP or SP/TBTU or ns-10/microcrystalline wax -1.0;1.0;0.5-does not change color, resistant to ozone, but easy to burn.
IPPT/TMDQ/MB-2.0;1.0;0.5 Full-proof type, which further improves thermal aging and has a slight impact on vulcanization.
3. The best aging system for CR; IPPD/DODPA, DCDPA/microcrystalline wax-1.5; 2, 0; 0.5 is completely resistant, but easy to burn.
DPPD/TMDQ/microcrystalline wax -0.3;2.0;0.5 heat and bending resistance, but easy to demould.
DCDPA/microcrystalline wax-4.0; 1.0 dynamic anti-ozone.
